Giga Ice +7 gave me 40x mana at lvl 72 (1 extra howling) so... make that +8 and pair it up with a Lugias +8
and u have a winner combo... good for party pk, hit hard die hard... good for solo pk, same...

But as far as i know, it has 10 more ap than raptor... so +1 has 147 and +8 has +197
