    Thank you for contacting Knight Online Customer Support regarding the issue with latency in game.

    We are aware of the issue with latency in game and our technical team are currently working to resolve this issue at the earliest. Please bear through this transition. However, we are unable to compensate any lost premium days for this issue. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Please let us know if you have any other issues or concerns and we will be happy to assist you better. Thank you for your understanding and happy hunting!

    they only compensate premium days when they feel like the lag is amaizing

    well that used to happen sometimes :P

    Well it's been like 5 days almost? There is a 5/30 chance that your premium runs out (i know mine will tomorrow).

    Does K2 expect us to renew our premium? I for one most definitely WILL NOT, and I would not expect most other players to either.

    I think they are taking this matter too lightly, and they will be losing a lot of revenue.

    bought my platinum premium a day before all this lag...

    :S dunno how many more days of platinum premium to waste....

    This happened last year, but the lag went on for weeks, and then you couldnt even log in at all. KO's compensation-2 days premium added for approx 8 weeks of lost game play, five 'ascent scrolls' that gave an extra 20% of xp for an hour.

    I hear warcrafts a good game.

    Ye it reminds me of the lagg period like 1 year ago, more than 1 month absolutely unplayable servers... Well im non prem for a couple of days already, also wont buy new prem untill lagg problem is fixed.
