+10/3 has nothing to do, everybody had the same items and uniqs at Clan war server, items matter only at each server tournamet.

my clan from europa (lysing) beat oklahomacity (winner from anatolia) at the first round. And then we lost second round to the secret.

They might not have had them equipped during the tournament but most likely they still had the items in the live game.

Not exactly. The inter-server fights was with the same items.
However, the first rounds (the matches that happened between the clans in their own servers) took place with the player's original items. So those rounds wasn't the most equal but the interserver matches was fair enough, everyone had the same items.

Meh. Onlystars and progamers also were rewarded. I believe they might have some +10s as well. I wouldn't know who actually has these +10/+3 items but it was a wild guess and you know.. It's USKO so it was more than possible.
Oh dear. I never said they fight with their full gear in the event. I mean the participants most likely had +10/+3 items in the live game which they bought. I kind of figured they would've gone with equal gear in the actual event.
