    I got 2 replyes from CS yesterday, and actually, i dont think they just got automaticly send, here they are :

    We apologize for the inconvenience as we are unable to perform any character editing. Unfortunately technology in Knight Online has not progressed to a level that will support plastic surgery, and also unfortunately barbershops. If you would like to have this feature in game please feel free to post on our forums. Thank you for your continued interest in Knight Online.

    Tbh, i think they were stressed with RoFD the past few weeks (yes that doesn't explain the rest of the time, i know) and now they can begin to focus on CS.

    i reported missing trina from gold prem

    Took me 8 CS tickets for them to respond 2 weeks later . And they say 'We are sorry however we are unable to provide you with any assistance at this time as we are only able to support paid users. Thank you.'

    Well 2 weeks ago when i asked for help i was premium with 12 days left :angry:

    You asked them to edit your character or what

    I see " character editing " and "barbershop" sounds like babashop/ fathershop

    I asked them to make my male orc mage to a female, cuz they did that to a friend of me >.<

    but they refuses to do it to mine =(
