db hacking or just scamming?

some guy added me yesterday, saying hes selling items on every server for usd.
today he sent me a .txt file of his prices

for me it sounds more like a scam, since some of his prices are wierd like iron belt is 80$ and gb is 120$...

I wont but hes giving it away on msn and keep talkign trash about you etc etc and selling items and he claims he can get id and pass just from the char name, but when I tested him he didn't give me my info nor pass and when I asked to show me in and ib+2 he said it takes time to claim such items, so I asked show me in and ib+0 takes time he said again and i said show me dr+0 and he just blocked me :P
