Delos Castle items (castellan)

Ok so I was wondering if anyone has more info on this. I haven't been in a csw winning clan since I've been back, and when I left it didn't exist. KOK is outdated and bugged, and google search doesn't help at all. Anyone know where a good guide for the delos dragon and castellan weapons exists?

1 x Gold Peels (Big tarantula)
1x Blood Box (Krowaz in Red)
30 x Castelan Stamp

Then you can choose from NPC wepon that you want to craft

if you give items to regiss he will give you weapon+10

It's more like a quest, when you deliver the required materials you can just pick the desired weapon.

I know it is a lot to ask, but any chance you could write up a guide on it? You of all people I know for sure has the knowledge and experience to do so.

If only castle holders get something why does a whole server need the 'dark dragon has been slain' message
