    Default euko deleted/ blocked acounts?

    hey guys,i have 2 diff chars on euko, but i also play usko, now today i tried to enter my id+ pw on euko and it says ure acount is temporary blocked?is this a bug again?i have loged a few days ago, and everything was fine, after the merge on new website, i cant even log on website also?also where do i open a topic on official forums? i just see the forum for usko...

    Tons of people are blocked. Not just you, so no worries. They are "working on it." So we'll see.

    If NTT is "working on it" that means that you should find something else to play meanwhile.. for it might takes some time.

    They're strying to sweep it under the rug, nothing will happen -.- even made a ticked asking if they're gonna do anything about it since it's been like over a week and all they said was
    "You need to complate integration for your EUKO account.

    Please enter '...." this web site and finish all step.

    Your problem will be resolved."
    It's like they don't even read the support tickets

    From the investigation it seems like the people who cannot log in the EUKO client didn't complete the integration(email confirmation link- step 4th of the integration).
    The blocked(not banned accounts) were temporarily blocked due to the possible security issue which turned out to be false, but we wanted to block it for the investigation.

    after few spam pages:

    We are currently investigating the issue. I will keep you updated.
    There is no reply to the tickets because it hasn't been fixed yet.

    premium absolutely has to be refunded or this is just ridiculous i don't even play euko any more and it pisses me off such a waste of people's time and money

    I just had some error at that integrity thing, and checked my email now, didnt notice any email coming through.. so yeah ...

    They will do 3 days exp/drop bonus, same shit they did last few times.
