are FT items ever gonna upgrade?

I heard many persons who said that the FT items will get better at +8 in RoFD so I bought a hangkuk+8 thinking that it will owns in RoFD but the AP stilll the same so I'm wondering if they ever gonna upgrade the stats at +8?
if not I will buy impact+8 to replace my hangkuk

If that's the case, I have a hanguk +8 impact +8 iron impact +8 and ms +8. Iron Impact is classified as a FT item right? i think that the AP on that hsould be increased too. At the moment, I would only use hanguk to look like a pimped out babashopper

You will have to wait untill someone upgrades a +0 rofd ft item to +8 .
