You have any idea how hard it would be to find somone in a specific region, or even a city, UNLESS you knew their name, and then if you knew there name you dont need to know where they live....the internet will tell that for you. It will tell you who their family is, where they live, phone number, what their criminal record is...(have to pay for that one).
