Also, GM's almost always log on server 1, and rarely do they log server 2 to check anything. They have a program that tells them which server on each world has the most players logged on and they do the bannings/events on that server because "it affects more players that way" according to them. They hire new GM's on what seems a pretty constant basis and don't really put them thru a training course to let them know how to be a GM and do the events, especially for Diez which has had it's servers bugged for years now..they continually do exp events on d1 rather than d2 simply because it's the most populated server between the two.
