anyone have any idea how i can get in touch with a gm?
my account was hacked in the same manner of a few other people in the forum.
im 100% sure the hacker sent a ticket to CS and they changed the info over for him...im not sure how he got a hold of my information since i dont visit any shady sites or anything.
this was more than a simple keylogger...ive had the same account for 5-6 years and even forgot the secret question answer and the email to the account is no longer active...
so no way in hell that anyone hacked that.
when Customer service finally switched over the password for me recently, i logged onto knightonline website and saw that they hacker had switched over the account email to a bogus one
anyhows, any help would be appreciated.
