How is SteamKO Cypher nowadays? Dead or Alive? & what about items needed to be relevant in PK, i guess +3+9 or +7 darkness weapons yeah? or of course the combine sets that probably exists there.
Hope its doing good. It was some great times there for sure

It's by far the most active on SteamKO and I guess you can do with +8/+2, but yeah, there are some beasts out there that have insane gear, so if you wanna fight against those I guess +9/+3 is the way to go
