How you solve "char bug" "interface bug"

well much ppls got bugged after one of server restarts and now in Warrior i have "skill tree" from mage (and also there is no "Master" tree), also interface on my orc is like human one. Well in old KO when i lost my scream from skillbar i always could click Select Character and go back to game, skill tree got fixed then and i was able to put scream back on my skillbar. In FD im not able to Select character, i hope there is another method to fix it. Should reskill help? Any other ideas how to solve problem or just how to put back Scream on skillbar?

Can't u just relog?
That was enought when I where a Paladin >.< (Im orc warrior).

In Fire Drake you cant rellog, you must quit game and reopen it.
