I have sad that before, in Diez there is 1 that is in one of my chars that is banned for god knows how long ... It droped from a Boss Event long long ago when i was in Tormentorz, Hyper healing never worked and as far as i know you cant compound it for +1.

And droprate is higher if u dont loot coins? Why would've K2 ever have such item ingame beacuse it would've OP'd its users.. As I said it just regens ur hp all the time.. which is quite useful even still.

You had to put it in your skillbar and activate the Hyper Healing manually
