Usko is not lolwutamericanko but international, jpko is japanese only with exceptions.
Besides turks are the majority of usko, while we are a small % of jpko.

join jpko it is really fun. you start with really OP noob weapons so lvl 3-15 is like 1 or 2 kills per lvl up.
There are many english players playing already now on smite. the merchant prices are really nice and best of all: there's no bugs, no cheaters, few turks (i haven't seen one yet).

Get, a patch which i gave and u will see all stat on all item , only one problem with rented item , like i said there is many shits , then u connect 2 folders , if u rent item from npc , from peoples then 20 Min left game start crushing , thats only 1 problem

our clan is going 60+

but I haven't installed and don't remember if its possible to buy any sort of prem?

The only way to get prem is if you send some japanes money, he will log your acc and buy it for you.
Its very expensive though.
