That "retarded ass girl" is Madeline. I don't have the extension list handy anymore, but I recall two useful ones off the top of my head:

x306 - Joshua Hong, K2 CEO
x311 - Timothy Fox, K2 CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AKA CSREP1

Having that, you can successfully map out the rest of the phone tree as logically, they start at x300 and proceed from there.

The line will start >|HERE for you to kiss my hand.
