The fact of the matter is we were trying to fight FOR the KOL community, so that we wouldnt lose all that the KOL community was/is.
After Athenrye's statement tho, he can go fuck himself and so can that forum.
well fighting means to realize reality and u have been far away from reality at knightonlineworld.com forum. with ur resign nothing will be changed. ko admins will find new guys who believe their lies again and keep this game running to earn more and more money. u are not the first "i just wanted to help community"-guy as moderator who couldnt do somethin to change the game and who resigned.
have fun and good luck for ur life.
Id say that mods made good job at official forums just deleting spam etc.
And ofcourse they do lie on mod's, becouse they don want to know how badly this game is going and how it can go lower than possible.
And they really should bring back old forum becouse this new one is so messy and it will take forever to search something like"Ask GM".
Took me over 2 mins to find it :S
PS. Official website is really ugly too
from wat im seeing there all leaving for some useless reason.
In case you missed it, here is Athenrye's statement on that matter:

The forum mods all said they're quitting. What's going on? Is the game shutting down too?
First things first, no, the game is not shutting down. K2/G1 has absolutely no intention of closing its contract with the developers any time soon. Besides, the state of the forums does not have any influence on the state of the game.
As for the mods... well, that's a whole other can of worms.
Long story short, since the KOL forum community has joined the G1 Forums, there have been some minor issues involving practices. The mods of the various game teams all have different ways of handling the communities based on the needs of said communities. As such, it's only natural that some arguments would arise because of clashing opinions. The recent bit of... activity... has been due to a disagreement on how to handle the rules regarding signature sizes. Normally I would voice my full opinion on these matters, but as it seems this is a sensitive subject for some, I've edited such statements out of my original post to prevent potential flaming.
I've been a forum mod before. Before working with K2/G1, that was one of my side jobs; I was the admin of a very large gaming community forum for several years where I essentially served as their quality assurance agent. I've seen everything from trouble-making users to power-hungry moderators throwing their weight around. I know how these things work, how they can escalate, and I'm used to this kind of stuff. What we have here, all in all, just disappoints me. It makes me rather sad and, frankly, annoyed to see a group of people whom I know can be kind, level-headed, and incredibly helpful acting in an unprofessional manner, especially since this is not the first time this has happened.
My final statement on the matter is this: I know for a fact that the KOL mods have been amazing to the community and game. They've dedicated endless hours to doing all they can to make the game more fun for everyone. They've been helpful, supportive, and remarkably resourceful. I just wish they'd remember that themselves, as well as understand just how much rests on their unpaid shoulders, rather than allowing themselves to get blinded by small disputes every now and then.
That isn't what he said--Here is the unedited version:

Long story short, since the KOL forum community has joined the G1 Forums,
the KOL mods have been butting heads with the other K2/G1 game mod teams.
Due to a disagreement on how to handle the rules regarding signature sizes,
the majority of the KOL mods got all butthurt, rounded up the wagons, and
have been causing a bunch of petty drama for no real reason to the point
that K2/G1 admins have had to step in to tell them to knock it off. No doubt
they're going to send me a load of flack for stating this opinion, but I've
never been shy about giving my honest feelings on anything, be it my own
mistakes, the state of the game, the developers, my feelings about the
player community, or in this case, the forum mods.
