Many people share accounts playing KO which is illegal in steam. Bans inc?

According to stream agreement you may not share your password. How do you guys think this will go?

as said, it's not allowed but people do it a lot on csgo etc, but risk of getting caught not worth it because if your mate scams you and profit of your account then too bad.. because you can't really cry or make a post about it otherwise you get a ban too.
