With the use of their serialIDs and/or (depending on various scenarios) multiple DB backups, yes, they should be able to track duped/illegal items.

They mention on the offical website it will take between 24 to 72 hours, wouldn't count on that timeframe thought.. Can't trust MGame for shit.
