Only an admin can do that, and I also believe it's wasn't allowed in the past, so I don't think it is necessary now either. Makes it easier to keep people in check anyway.

Its not that i really want to name change, friend told me the character i sold named ''shako'' on HellsGarem scammed a couple people in-game

Well you could make a topic about it. If you have proof you've sold the account, then there should be no problems.

Sounds pretty odd to me, I've taken a screen shot of every gb trade or character bought / sold. Figured other people did the same.
