Please be informed we released an option to remove Nation Transfer Receipts from your inventory with patch 1879

Turn the Nation Transfer Receipts into NPC [Grand Merchant] Kaishan. Select the last option “Transferring Nation”. Then select “Submit Nation Transfer Receipt” and one of the Nation Change receipts will be removed from your inventory.

Please note that you must repeat the above steps if you have more than 1 Nation Change Receipt in your inventory.
