think bugs i know all covered:

minimap - doesn't show other players (blue dots) and doesn't show enemy in luff (and maybe emc).
Eslant Dungeon didn't start or time been changed.
BDW didn't start or time changed.
Ladder in pk zones not showing.
Killed a couple bosses (Lycaon, Atilla, Javana) and no box.

7 hrs ago it wasnt... weird.

well i installed the 1730 patch and then renamed to 1731 cuz comparing both patches, 1730 as soon as it was released had 6.3 mb, and then it was changed to 3.5 mb and a 1731 patch with 2.8 mb showed up...

soo i didnt bother downloading it.

maybe im the only one without cooldown? or was it enabled during the latest hours?
