Me and some friends check the actual table files of the korean beta server all the time, nothing is in place yet. And any increase in level would be beta tested on that server 2/3 months before it even made it into mainstream korean KO, let alone USKO.

Well actually the moradon files and the whole ko stuff belongs to mgames,and they are selling the license of the files for $$ meaning they are not sharing it,they are sort of renting it if you want just pay the money and you&#39;ll get the files.Meaning that the files were meant to be rented

But yeah i agree about the waiting part,wait and see.But im almost sure the lvl cap won&#39;t be raised.
