Noob needs help with CR

I have seen chars for sale on steamko- cypher with Personal item in them. Weird that yours didn't work.

i guess any item in a cr sealed before that still would have an item

in steamko , you have to delete all the items on your character before using cypher ring .

for personal items , i have heard that you can delete it and then buy it again from Kahishan NPC in moradon . not 100% sure if it works

That worked on USKO atleast, but as Personal items isn't worth anything there, it doesn't really matter
