wake up you missed a ROFD :P (maybe also update to KE)
it was there in KE and im not really sure but i think it was also in KO, so no last upgrade didnt help BPs with Hb, they just re-opened FT and released the 5x lvl quest to get a green treasure + bugging green treasures=tuns of HBs but its really old weapon
