its my 2nd time that i bought premium...
at the fist time that i bought i have payed from another visa card...
we have moved to a new home and to a new place
then our visa card has changed.
im trying to change my password by the support ticket
and they cant understand that i dont got the old visa
so i cant tell them my old last 4 digits
i have told them my new paymet CC...
and still they didnt even hear my thing.
What can i do ?
i just want to change my password...
i thought that if i will buy silver premium i will get a better support
i think i was wrong..
