I sent a ticket to CS recently and after a day or two i got areply. It was automated. IT seemed like they didnt even read my complaint and just sent me a response. Then i sent another to clarify, same response. I sent one more and i didnt get an automated response. The CSREP told me the head GM told them to write this to their customers. They are only following order. Can't blame them for listening to their bosses.
