    This was an event in KOKO (just like how we have xmas, halloween etc. events). It was only available in the ROFD era, and even then you couldn't do it because the NPCs were nowhere to be found. It was finally removed with the Moradon Resurrection expansion but some data fragments still remain about it in the .tbl files.
