Rollback helpfull?

Yesterday I was playing a match on cod4. after that I loged on msn and my sharer was screaming to me that I scammed our account because a time ago I want to sell my items for usd.
so I logged on and everything gone. After that I scanned my pc for virusses. I had 2x a Virus
35gb± on items gone.

so I was thinking about it.

so My question is: Is a rollback helpfull?
its about 14 hours ago.

when my 75 archer got hacked i lost ib+9, shells+8/9 dual rols and 10+gbs. i had everything explained out and dated in a paper that was about 2-3 pages long. k2 just gave me shells+6, ib+7, dex+9 jewelry. i just burned all of them and quit that char. i had even spoken to GMs about my incident daily hoping they would be able to help but got no where. sorry

I tryed once when I accidently duped a MD+8
This was when I was new to the game.
Bought it and changed server to show a friend, when I relogged I had 2 +8's.
Then didn't know what dupe was and ( believe it or not ) didn't know how to delete stuff.
So I asked someone and they recommended sending in a ticket and asking for rollback.
So I did.
No rollback but K2 deleted both daggers, Gits.
Suppose I coulda been banned so could have gone worse.

Back when K2 did rollback a friend of mine lost all his items including IN IB dual ROC etc. and that was at a time when no one had +1's yet (on that server). K2 actually did roll his account back, not gave him the items but went back to a certain point before the items were gone and he started again from there.

The problem was that essentially they duped all his items and on the first maintenance everything was dupe wiped.

This was one of the main reasons K2 stopped rollbacks and soon after this incident completely did away with them. And yes, this person actually threatened K2 with litigation and was even friends with the DA in his local area...but still no help and no items...

Most of you aren't getting rollbacks you are just getting some replaced items, they aren't the same.

You will never get a rollback.

Even if you have KSC SS of your items and the date, you will not get a rollback.

I got a rollback because i was personal friends with a head GM. I still didnt get my 117+ gold bars worth of items back. I got +7 shell and a+3 dread shield.

Sorry, K2 are fags like that. =/

Only way you can get your stuff back is if your really good friends with a GM or maybe a CS rep.
