ROMs defense not working?

Apparently the defense on ROMs are passive and dont work... WTF? any clue on this load of garbage? i tested it out. a warrior hit me with r and it was doing just as much with out the ROM. ne clue?

and u tested like how many times?
try 50 without rom and see whats average
and 50 with rom and see again if the average is the same ore lower

I think it should be more like 100 to 500 times. Because 40 ac doesn't really make big difference.

test it agains some skill which makes dmg not just rr, its a lot better to c the diff, i dont belive that def of roms aint working by some mysterious way tbh, but ofc 40 def is not that much but should b noticable tho

i'm guessing he probably has dual roms, which makes it 80ac, almost same as having valk on

Its more than having valks on. valks have 50 ac. Use dual roms it will be easier to see the difference with 80 ac than 40, but i dont see why it wont be working
