ive had a chargeback from a turk once and all i did was phone paypal and tell them straight up "heres all the proof and i have already stripped my funds from paypal and my bank, there is no fucking way im giviing someone my money after they gave me what was mine so good fucking luck" and the dispute was relooked at and i won.
