Is shock stun working? SteamKO

I remember that shock stun was not working when I left KO before, is it working now in steamko?

It is, same with lightning arrow and to a lesser degree mage stun staff (both not working last I heard in USKO).

Arrow was nerfed apparently, rate used to be ridiculous on release.

Love stun arrow, i have noticed it is pretty effective at least in arena anyway

I'm getting stunned out the ass by shock stun in euko so..

Shock stun is by far the least balanced skill in the game lol. Did they nerf it in USKO or is it still something like 80% stun rate? Back in the day the skill was ridiculous, but nobody was using it correctly so it wasn't too bad. It's great when a skill isn't affected by resistances and has it's own special properties and just has a flat stun chance.

Considering I have 110 lightning resist, I'm surprised and kinda pissed at how effective it is. I remember hearing a rumor that it worked better when a human would cast it, but I haven't had the chance to test the theory + I heard that rumor years ago.

Shock stun is not an elemental attack and thus LR/GR don't have an effect on it. It's simply a static stun chance, which can be 50% or 80% or even 90%.

yeah shok stun is deffenitly working on usko, ive done soms vs with a warrior that was using it in arena and hes succeeded each and every time.
