can anyone explain alil bit about the difference between steamko and regular oldschool ko ? just came back after awhile.. seems like 80 is the new max? and where tha hell are all the merchants?

there are military camps, i didnt know that too. On ur top right corner u can switch between the camps, so go cypher 2 and military Camp 1 then ur fps drops to 5
