Is the servers opening today or tomrrow? Since the register got full they said opening 24h before?
As far as I know the pre-registered ppl will be able to play once server launches (22 January) 5PM gmt +3 and the ppl who haven't 24h later (23 january).
Altho apparently you will be able to make your character tonight *pre-character creation event*
missleading af but I think u can create your char today and start play tomorrow if you are a real gangster
well it says opening 22th, if 24h earlier means today 21st:P

ah okey and what about premium etc? If i buy prem on manes etc and open the prem do i get the benefits of it in the letter on new server?
