Well you don't need screenshots when the person accused is in the same thread openly admitting to backing out of the original offer that already went through. That's grounds in itself.. The only problem with banning him is it lowers his chances significantly of selling the char and u getting ur money back. I think if u genuinely felt that it is 100% not gonna happen then u should ask for him to be banned and I'm sure he would be. Has he shown u any update of any kind? Also the only person in his "trusty" list shares an ip and is a proven scammer.

i've been hitting him up on msn, but he ignores me.

And his last msn update thingy said "BB KO!". So im guessing he's either quit and doesn't care, or wanted to make it look like he quit so i'd stop nagging.
