Only thing they're officially doing with NTTGame is reselling ESN codes for USKO, nothing in SteamKO.

If you would actually play the server you would notice that turks have the most expensive items & gb's on the market, by far.
So your koxping & selling gb's -idea is perhaps from earlier servers, not this one, Hellsgarem that is.

NO that's past tense,
It says that people used to change their IP's and used VPN's to be able to login but using them caused lags and also the risk to get banned. With the changes that've been made this problem ended now and people from Turkey can login to Hellsgarem without using VPN's and IP changes.

There was a small issue with the server access after maintenance and Turkey was able to access the server again (same what happened first day of Hellsgarem) that's why they removed the server from list for a while yesterday. Turkey is still blocked, I assume those websites just announced for more advertising and to have more buyers for Steam Wallet etc.

kanka i just tried to sell my gbs to bynogame and they said they can only buy 20gbs right now because there are lot of banned gb chars of theirs. i think this is a true story
