If it was truely meant only for the U.S. the only other language they'd use would be spanish, not turkish.

i'm sure K2 is working on releasing a turkish copy of KO to be able to play either english version or turkish version in the same servers to attract more turkish kids who cant speak another language who gonna spend more money in this game
