    I bought premium a month or so ago and never got my premium or my money back lol I just gave up after like submitting 20+ support tickets to playspan.com and gamersfirst.com this game is just a huge fail and everyone should just uninstall it.

    The only honest way that your going to be able to help k2 is by concurring your obsession with constantly paying them every month. Your the reason why they keep on running. All you guys do is complain about this and that, if you hate it that much, just leave the game and go find another one, its not that hard at all...

    i use this way when i got scammed in game and because customer suport do nothing.
    But i don't get back my items lol.
