Ok, so i just paid for premium yesterday, but didnt get it...
I immediatly submitted a support ticket, and just waited.
today when i logged in i saw this:
"Dear customer,Please be more specific with regards to what issue you are having. When did you attempt to make a purchase? What did you attempt to purchase? Did you use a credit card or PayPal? Please include the last 4 digits of the credit card or the PayPal e-mail ID used to make this purchase.Thank you for contacting Knight Online support"
My submitted ticket was this: "I have purchased Knight Cash/Premium Service but have not received my purchased item
****(my 4 last digits of paypal)
Are the people there at K2 completely brain dead? or is it just that they dont know how to read english letters and numbers?
