Ticket problem

i wanna change my seal/undeal PW coz i dont remember it so i sent like 20 tickets and i didnt get answer or support
i bought premium but it was without click and buy or KESN so they ask for the account and i dont have so i gave the last 4 numbers and the holder's name but they still dont help me..... what can i do coz i need this pw really fast
plese help me please please
if someone can help me to write better ticket it will be great just post it here if u can

2 weeks ago i tried to get that code too but they told me somthing like "We are currentlly trying to get that option from the gamerfirst officialls, unfortounently we cannot help you at this time...bla bla bla sorry for the bla bla..."

That means they still cant change it i guess...

If someone did please tell us how

i heard you cannot change the seal/unseal password via CS anymore..... from what i heard, they will only give you the seal/unseal (if you forgot it) if you can give them all the payment informations... but tahts it.. no changing :S
