He is using Macro Mouse and not Pedal. You can see it on 2:35min! Pedal would press minor too and not only Insivible potion.

at orc town is using right click invisible potion that's why he got swift and the pedal is miror +miror

-99% if not 100% serious sin player use macro novadays
-800def is very good skill especially on server with full +11/3
-i dont see any diffrent between click 1 button on keyboard or mouse

at 3:80 hes using keyboard to move (w/s) around while clicking sideways(mouse) while spamming minor on his toolbar #2 which is nearly impossible to do unless he has 3 hands lol. Try to recreate that hand positioning and is impossible without feeling some type of pain.
