actually his potting wasn't quite as on point as you think, if you watch it again there's a couple of times where he runs out of mana while hp potting, which very nearly cost him the fight.

yea he did switch to that fp dd 25 lol

and +1, his potting was actually kinda bad because during the end of the fights, he was more worried about hp pots and when that happens the opponent regains loads of hp because your R'ing him for a good 4 seconds.
