If the guy is in rentals that ac is really low to have 255hp. +7 shells and the ac from all those points in HP would at least give him 1k with 300 ac. Looks fake to me. Show me a ksc then i'll believe it.

The KSC screenshots are not easily editable.
Only 2 option: Gm character who play some one who is not gm. Or Gm made this character and edited in data base his character and made him 255 on all.
