IB + chittins +8/shells +7 (but how such high ap with shells?), at least a full set of uniques and shard +8/md +8. Just my guess. Pretty insane gear for girakon. In fact it's insane stats for just a lvl 65. Much better than most 70+ on the server.
too bad he wasted like 1,000$ or more for it =x and check out the nps..
my guess is chitins+8, not shells. i rmbed phantom having 1k ac when he was lvl 70.. so + valk(50) + 350 it should be 1.1k ye o.O
