    come think of it...there are many random cs appearing on diez recently
    i see random players carrying them around and i never recall they had them before...so this could be the case that cs start dropping again

    It has always dropped CS but the drop rate is around 1% or even less.... U must be luckiest person in world in that moment to get cs >.<
