how does he heal himself while 1 of his hands is on the mouse to click on the skills, and the other is on the keyboard for the combo ?

He click the skills and use (macro or pedal, is the same shit), and TBL to decrease minor cooldown.

The fact that he kills you at cz doesn't make him a tbl user.

Don't take it the wrong way, you might be right but I find it hard to believe.
I played with this guy few times and haven't seen anything special that would make me think that he has anything illegal.
