Random number generator. Basically the way CP works is that it adds a chance of you multiplying your damage by 4(Or is it 4? Not sure.) and also it adds a chance of your minor healing to be doubled. So let's say 2 sins use CP and one of the sins gets CP proc on Spike-Thrust-Bloody Beast-Pierce and the other guy procs CP on shock, jab, cut. So most likely the guy who got lucky and procced CP damage on Spike-Thrust-Bloody Beast is going to win solely based on the damage from those skills. Now, there's also added RNG thanks to minor healing also proccing CP completely based on RNG. So NONE of this requires skill essentially. We once tested sin damage in a private server and found out that it was possible to beat a warrior in VS only if you got lucky. If CP procced Spike and Thrust damage you had a decent chance. If not, you lost the VS 100% of the time. CP is the worst skill design in KO by far. Also, sin damage in USKO is bugged as far as I know and it doesn't work correctly against weak targets. That's why sins are only useful when they're using CP to attack.
