didn't have full mana when i upgraded, and my method involves putting it on the anvil, hovering mouse over 'ok' turning of the monitor and going the toilet... so it had some time after to regen the mana

The 4 +8's i have made in my ko life have all had ele on when at +7.

i put a full set of warrior chitin +7 on the anvil, as you can see by the breaks, and with the shell i took 1 piece and made it from 7 to 8. I already had a +7 on my char and im too lazy to merchant etc
