Weesaur has full uniques +3 (Dual rof+3, in+3, dual pe+3) and giga+9 only his armor +8. his merchant char basicicar was selling ib+3 in moradon. But i doubt any1 would buy a +3ib cuz it has only 6 more defense and 3 more special defense than +0 so wont be worth that much.
kinda wasted money making ib+1/2/3 would have been better to fix a shell set+9 then xD but he can prolly do both so -.-

If hes got dual +3s then deffinetly he abused the fuck out of the drop rate bug, or gm gyft. Id say gm gyft is the more likely option.Max mana for warrior is 6987 not including bonuses off weapons/uniques so from that pic alone you can see that both of his ROF's are +3 and the Giga is +9 ><[/b]

felly hasnt dropped any rofs since the new mora patch, and before that the dragon cave one didnt dorp any i belive (for a while, i mean, not always) and only the boss spawned one dropped

I think theres a 50% chance its GM injected and a 50% chance its legit, they might have all pulled together to buy most ROF's in server or kill it most of the times.
