I think it would be better to get ROC + ROL, instead of dual ROL.

I'm really into the whole "Get as much ac as possible," but i think the ROC would help out.

I was going to say the same thing but then i thought 20 ac>7str so i guess it's really preference. Unless you can get a roc +1
